I'm feeling so overwhelmed with school right now! I'm freaking out because I may or may not be able to switch from AP Physics into regular Physics, but I hope that there's a spot open for me! I'm hoping for the best, but I'm not really prepared to expect the worst...

On another note, today I'm wearing a sea foam strapless top I got from a thrift store for I think $3, and the sea foam skirt is actually a strapless maxi dress which I rolled down into a skirt. It was from Forever 21 and I bought it for $12.

I'm also hoping I can find some time to start posting, non-outfit related posts, so stay tuned!

Today I actually had time to take a 2 hour long nap after school surprisingly. I slept on the floor cause it was cold and I was too lazy to get up, then my sister and I went out to photograph. I am so proud of my sister's photography skills, what she has learned in 3 days had taken me a year! Plus I should mention she's only in eighth grade, so it's pretty impressive in my opinion.

The scarf is from a thrift store; I found it for $3! The white top and navy blue harem pants are both from Forever 21. The studded heels are from the Cynthia Vincent for Target line; they are so light and comfortable :)

I have a bad habit of wearing all black at the beginning of every new week, I guess I'm subconsciously mourning the loss of the weekend? Wearing a vintage Sans Souci sweater I found at a thrift store over the summer, my black hooded sandals I ordered from Target, and a black rhinestone cuff from Express.

First Lookbook post, I wish I had gotten some better full length ones but the sun was beginning to set too much. More photos from the Labor Day shoot to come tomorrow! Wearing my fuschia H&M skirt as a top, my H&M cheetah print skirt, gold cuffs from Forever 21, and my beloved Steve Madden lace up boots!

Yesterday I got to pick up my new lens that my parents bought me for my 16th birthday! It's the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 lens, and we purchased it for $240 including tax. I LOVE THIS LENS so much, can't wait to pair it with my new filters and reflector. Here are some of the photos me and my sister took yesterday as we were trying it out!

My sister was saying "OWW" when I took this cause those ferns kept stabbing our feet.

More photos to come this evening if I can manage to drag my sister out to help photograph something more lookbook worthy! haha
