The last time I was obsessed with denim jackets was in high school when I went through my grunge fashion phase. My love for them has been revived once more after thrifting this beautiful cropped denim jacket from Crossroads! I absolutely love the fit of this jacket and
the variation in hues of the wash :)
Again, the inspiration for this outfit was the mood for adventure! This eyelet top, faux suede skirt, and bucket bag, all from Her Velvet Vase, could not have fit the mood better. While the top and skirt add a western fashion inspired flair, the bag adds a nice gypsy girl touch—all styles that call me to the outdoors wanting to go out and explore.
These unique ombre aviators are from Freyrs and they add such a dreamy feel to this outfit! Plus, I have a particular love for colored lens sunnies after seeing how well my favorite actor, Robert Downey Jr rocks them! I finished the look with some slouchy over the knee socks (forever my favorite style of socks) and some beige ankle boots.
And of course, happy 2016! 2015 was rocky for me but I hope to make 2016 far better :) Thank you for reading and stopping by!
