OASIS

This magical cactus garden is a location full of vibrant hues, lovely textures, and the most enchanting natural light. There are also lots of cute lizards around the garden, some of which are quite friendly and curious! I'm definitely coming back for more shoots! :)

Organic Cotton Hooded Cardigan c/o Synergy Clothing
Secondhand Lace Bralette from Vinted
DIY Mint Skater Skirt

Photos by my sister, Michelle

The Cardigan:
This cardigan is the mint version of the one I was wearing in my previous outfit post! Organic cotton, fair trade, and convertible, it's such a wonderful piece from Synergy Clothing, and also comes in charcoal, olive, and black! And there's still 2 more days to enter the $75 giftcard giveaway which you can do so here!

The Necklace:
This stunning pendant is from Carolyn Colby, a high-end jewelry brand by designer, Carly Leach. Her creations all have a very fresh, modern, and feminine. And everything is handmade in New York City! She's got a great eye for color—the necklace I'm wearing features a deep aqua/blue tone that reminds me so much of a water goddess. Hence where I got the inspiration for this whole outfit!

The Bralette:
I got this secondhand bralette for only $2.50—another awesome deal I've scored on Vinted!

The Skirt:
I needed a mint/aqua colored skirt in a pinch, so I decided to take one of my old maxi dresses that I don't really wear anymore, and do a little DIY project! The original dress can be seen here. All I did was pull the dress down to my waist, roll in the band, and then cut the extra length off so it would hit at my upper thigh. I was planning on hemming it but I ended up loving the raw edge so I kept it that way! In only 5 minutes, I ended up with a new skirt! :)

The Shoes:
These lovely vegan cut-out booties are from Bhava. They are ethically made in Spain by skilled artisans, and made with natural and recycled materials! I have come across a lot of ethical shoe brands, but the ones that use recycled materials are few and far between, which is one of the reasons why I hold Bhava in such high regard. You may recognize these from my previous outfit post too, so feel free to click through there to read a very in-depth review on why they are my new favorite heels!
