Tropical environments always make me feel at home! I tried the whole snow thing in New York and it really loses a lot of its magic when you have to walk through actual snowstorms to get to school. I've been pretty busy this past week shooting tons of new content while also dealing with an adverse reaction to a bug bite (luckily that happened AFTER I did most of those photoshoots!) but I'm okay, and made some time to publish something new to the blog this weekend! :)

The Necklace:

I found this super unique bottle necklace from Vinted! I love that the cork top is even removable. I scored this secondhand piece for only $1.50!

The Top:

I found this top while thrifting at Eco Thrift and they were having an additional discount that day so I ended up getting this velvet top for only $1! It's a really nice basic piece that I have in my wardrobe,

The Belt:

This is the vintage moon belt I also wore in my previous post which I found on Poshmark for only $10. I really want to wear this with everything but I'm holding back so I can mix it up for you guys!

The Pants:

These are the famous American Apparel disco pants! I got these online during their Black Friday sale last year for only $20! They are usually about $85 so I was pretty happy :) They are sweatshop-free, made in the USA, and also incredibly comfortable and flattering. I can't wait for their next Black Friday sale even if that's still months away!

The Bag:

This secondhand crochet bag was scored on Poshmark for $7. It's definitely a statement piece but the neutral color makes it pair well with almost everything!

The Boots:

Love my Bhava boots so much! They are vegan, made with natural and recycled materials, and handmade by artisans in Spain. I can walk all day in these booties too!
